But the best diet is less calories and more exercise.
That’s all there is to it.
I have tried it. It really doesn’t do much. If you start eating fruit and veggies, you think it might be doing better, mainly it is all in your head. I paid for Mona Vie for ONE month and the total turned out to be 200$ flat. RIP OFF. It only lasted for a month and I couldn’t feel a difference at all. Now if you NEVER eat good food, maybe it will do wonders, but to me I didn’t really feel anything different.
it was talked about on both shows. In my medical experience the only good diet though, is one with about 1.5k calleries and good daily exciercise.Ive never tried this said diet, but one of the nurses here at the hospital i work at swares by it. Hope that helps:)

I’ve been using them for a couple months now, well I should rephrase that I used them for a couple months and found they worked quite well helped me achieve my weight loss goals and now I can manage my weight fine but yeah, while I used the product I found ti worked very well.
